Due to the lack of consistent water supply in many parts of Cuba, the church of San Pedro Jobabo has dug a cost effective deep well, thanks to financial contributions from the Friends of the Episcopal Church in Cuba and the Missionary Development Program in Cuba (PDM). The quality of the water is excellent. It is being used to fill the water tank that supplies water that passes through the Water Purification system - and is then made available to the public. What a great initiative that will benefit the entire community!
