Friends of the ECC 'Launches' at Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes conference

The Friends of the Episcopal Church of Cuba is excited to report that we had a very successful 'launch' at the February 23rd and 24th CEEP Conference in Washington DC. Our objectives were: 1) to raise awareness of the challenges facing the Episcopal Church of Cuba with as many endowed parishes as possible; 2) to share the 7 year strategic plan 'ICTHUS'; and 3) to build awareness of the "Friends of the ECC" as a resource for any church looking to help Cuba, or find a companion parish. We had a lot of interest and over 85 people sign up for our monthly newsletter. Thanks to Pat, Jeremy and Pam - who prepared delicious Cuban sandwiches and mock mojitos to attract people to the booth!
